Withdrawal and refunds

Draft for review — this text has not yet been legally reviewed.
The right of withdrawal applies to consumers — individuals who order a service for themselves, not for their trade or business. Businesses and sole traders do not have it.
14-day withdrawal
You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion (confirmation of the offer), without giving a reason. Notify me with a clear statement by email to bizyakyan@gmail.com; you may use the template below.
Exception: starting before the period ends
If you expressly ask me to start work before the 14 days are over and confirm that you know you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, you have no right of withdrawal after full performance.
If you withdraw after I have started work at your request, you pay a proportionate amount for the work already done.
For digital content (final files) delivered with your express consent before the period ends, the right of withdrawal ends upon delivery.
Refunds
Since payment is made after delivery, there is usually nothing to refund when you withdraw in time. If you have already paid, I refund the amount (less any proportionate amount for work done) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method.
Defects and complaints
If the final product does not match what was agreed, write to bizyakyan@gmail.com. I fix defects within the agreed revisions; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
