Orders and contract
An enquiry through the website is not binding. I reply with an offer by email; the contract is concluded when you confirm the offer in writing.
Prices are in EUR and the same for all markets. The website shows launch prices; the price in the confirmed offer applies.
Payment
You pay after delivery. First you receive a watermarked preview (for websites, on a test address). After payment you receive the final files without watermark, or I publish the website.
Payment methods: bank transfer or PayPal, within the term stated on the invoice.
Deadlines and revisions
The delivery deadline is agreed when you order. The number of revision rounds is stated with each package or agreed in the offer; extra revisions by agreement.
Copyright
The scope of usage rights for the visuals (e.g. channels, duration, territory) is agreed when you order, based on your needs. The rights pass to you upon payment.
I only show work in my portfolio with your permission.
For materials you send me (photos, logos, copy), you guarantee that you are allowed to use them.
What is not included
Domain and hosting are not included in the website price — you pay for them separately; I help with the setup.
Posting on social media and managing paid ads are not included; I deliver final files ready to post.
Special package terms
The Trial package can be ordered only once per client.
Free sample: one per business, watermarked, with no obligation. If you then buy any package, you receive it in full quality without the watermark.
Monthly growth: no contract. Cancellation or pausing for the next month must be notified before that month starts.
Discounts: at most one discount per order; they do not apply to the All in one bundle.
Liability
I am liable for carrying out the agreed services with due care. I am not liable for indirect damage (e.g. lost profit), except in cases of intent or gross negligence. This does not limit consumers' statutory rights.
Withdrawal
Consumers' withdrawal rights are described on the "Withdrawal and refunds" page.
Law and disputes
The law of the Republic of Slovenia applies. We first try to resolve disputes amicably; consumers may also use out-of-court consumer dispute resolution. For consumers, this does not limit the protection granted by the law of their country of residence.
