What data I collect, why and on what basis

Enquiry form: name, email, selected service and (optional) message — to reply and prepare an offer. Basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Free sample form: name, email, company, type of sample and a link to your product photo — to prepare the sample. I need the company because there is one sample per business. Basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Voice agent waiting list: email — to let you know when the service is available. Basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Analytics (Google Analytics 4) and advertising (Meta Pixel): visit data (e.g. pages viewed, traffic source, approximate location, device, button clicks). Only with your consent in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Server logs: on every visit the host automatically records technical data (IP address, time, browser) needed to run the site securely. Basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who I share data with

Web3Forms — delivering form messages to my email.

Hostinger — website and email hosting.

Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics, only with your consent.

Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — Meta Pixel, only with your consent; WhatsApp and Instagram if you contact me there.

Cal.com — if you book an intro call via the link, you enter your details (name, email, time slot) on their site.

Some providers may process data outside the EU (e.g. in the USA) on the basis of standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. I do not sell data.

Fonts are hosted on my own server; third-party content (e.g. Instagram) is not loaded without your click or consent.

How long I keep data

Enquiries and correspondence: as long as needed to reply and for any collaboration, at most 2 years after the last contact. Data from completed orders (e.g. invoices) is kept as long as the law requires (accounting rules).

Waiting list: until you unsubscribe or the service launches.

Analytics: Google Analytics 14 months; cookies — see the Cookie policy.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you can withdraw consent at any time (footer: "Cookie settings"). Send your request to bizyakyan@gmail.com; I reply within one month at the latest.

You can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (www.ip-rs.si) or your local supervisory authority.
